Class Types

CLASS
Our signature functional fitness session. Each class includes a structured strength or skill block followed by a challenging WOD. Expect a mix of barbell work, gymnastics, and conditioning designed to build strength, engine, and resilience.
Fully scalable for all levels.
BURNER
High-intensity conditioning with zero strength work — just pace, sweat, and grit.
Expect intervals, circuits, and fast-moving workouts focused on improving endurance, stamina, and mental toughness.


WEIGHTLIFTING
Olympic weightlifting focused on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, supported by squats, pulls, and accessory work.
Emphasis on technique, bar speed, and progressive strength development.
ROOKIES
Our beginner-friendly version of CLASS.
Simplified movements, lighter loads, and extra coaching support to build strong foundations, confidence, and proper technique.
